If I could I would give Dr Seely and her office a zero star. I shared with Dr. Seely my concerns and outcome I was looking for. I asked her based on what I shared, what would she recommend. She said Invisalign would do. I asked her if she was sure because when I braces before the orthodontist suggested braces. I couldn’t finish my treatment because the doctor passed away unexpectedly. She assured that invisalign would produce the results we discussed. Later when I was not seeing the results, she said I should’ve gotten braces. i was baffled by her response. I reminded her our conversation prior to starting Invisalign. She gave me the look of, “I don’t care”.

If anything, she had an attitude and was annoyed that I brought up my concern. She pushed for Invisalign because it’s easier for her. It shows that she doesn’t care what the patient wants but what’s easier for her. All she has to do is add the buttons on the teeth. Compared to braces which she has to adjust and be more strategic. Not to mention the incentive she receives from Invisalign. My teeth are not aligned. My bite is worse than before. Every time we checked on alignment, I told her that my teeth on the top right needs to be pushed up. And I can feel my teeth on the right side touching and my left side had a gap. She kept on telling me I was wrong. How can I be wrong when I feel it.

You can see my jaws are off to the right. Also, her team promised a complimentary professional photos. I never received this. When I asked, the front desk when I can schedule my photoshops, she acted clueless. She said they so r off this . But the patient who came in after me scheduled a photo shoot. Dr seely posts pictures of her professional pictures on the front all. In the 12 months I went to see her, I’ve never seen an Asian person on the wall. All white. Although I’ve seen more Asian patients when I went in my appointments, I e never seen a photo of an Asian person on the wall. Customer services is inconsistent.

I just got my braces removed and I’m so happy with my results!! My braces journey has been about a year and a half and I must say, every step along the way has been nothing short of fantastic. The entire staff has been so lovely and communicative on every step along the way. I’ve absolutely LOVED my experiences in this office and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great orthodontist. On a side note, everyone is so nice and welcoming and that helps when you’re super nervous with the whole process as I was.

I have a somewhat complex orthodontic history (rebuilt teeth, dental implants, years of braces prior, etc. ) I was told by other dentists in the area that Dr. Seely is the best at what she does — both artistically and technically. Dr. Seely was kind enough to invite me back for an additional free consultation so she could make a thorough treatment plan given my history.

My goal was to update my bonding for cosmetic reasons, and we ended up doing that and putting braces on to fix some of the progress I had lost between a few providers. My teeth have never looked better and as someone who has had braces before, this round wasn't even painful and it was easy to adjust to as an adult with the white braces that are a bit less noticeable. She also worked with my timeline to ensure I'd get my braces off before my baby's due date (I was done in 4 months instead of 6). Thank you Dr. Seely and Team!

My daughter was the last of all the cousins to get orthodontics by Dr. Seely. Yet again she has done a fantastic job. My daughter had her braces taken off yesterday and her smile is perfection. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Pure professionalism with a family atmosphere.
