What a wonderful doctor she’s really sweet and patient to my kids. The dental assistants are really helpful as well I would recommend taking your children here.They always greet me with a smile and with a great attitude and I feel very comfortable bringing my kids here. What a wonderful staff I really love it here Keep it up!!

I didn't even want to give 1 star to this office, but had to in order to make a review. Before coming to this dentist, my 6-year old was seeing a wonderful dentist in Waxhaw. However, they did not accept my insurance plan, and paying out of pocket can get expensive. I was able to get an appointment quickly at PL Jeffries to have his teeth cleaned at his 6-month check-up. This was the worst decision I've made for him yet. I will not be taking him back.

It was so traumatizing to both him and me. These people made zero effort to make him feel comfortable. They put him up in the chair, laid him back and had no personality with him. The temperature in the office was so hot, and the staff's attitude made me feel like they were just trying to rush and get him out of there. I really got this sense that the staff just doesn't care about the experience these children get at a dentist. So after zero effort to ensure he's comfortable before getting started on teeth cleaning, when he wasn't cooperating and opening his mouth when they said, they started threatening him to put a heavy blanket on him so he couldn't move.

Then decided to use some metal contraption to forcefully hold open his mouth, while expecting me and two other members of their staff to hold him down, as he's screaming and crying. As the lady was trying to tell me that the next time they'll have to use gas because of his "behavior", I couldn't even listen. All I could do was hold him thinking, we are never coming back here. I will pay extra out of my pocket to take him to a dentist who knows how to deal with children.

I always have a pleasant experience coming here. The atmosphere is always warm and kind. I used to be very nervous for some odd reason going to the dentist, but everyone here makes me feel comfortable. I love that it seems to be an all-women and ethnic staff, which I have never really seen before in any other working environment, making me feel even more comfortable. Dr. Boulos is very kind and thoughtful, always making sure I feel okay with my teeth before leaving.

The dental assistants are also kind and very attentive. I have never had a bad experience with my teeth here, and I cannot say the same for some other places. I always leave happier coming out than when I first arrived. I will be so sad when I become too old to continue going here😭. I totally recommend this place. 😊
