Dr.Moss’s staff is very warm,friendly, and welcoming people. I had an wisdom teeth extraction two days ago and they were the best especially the old lady who really made me feel at ease. I would recommend anybody to go to his office.

Dr. Moss removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth. His staff made me feel very comfortable and he did too. I was so scared , and if you're reading this, it means you are too, but its okay, everything will be alright. He is great !!

I hate the whole dentist experience! Dr. Moss & staff made me feel comfortable and at ease! He took his time with me. I am 3 days post op with no pain or discomfort. The appointment process is a bit lengthy but it is definitely worth it. Dr. Moss needs to be cloned! I dont usually do the whole "google review" thing but Im feeling so good right now I am actually in awe.

. . . So if you need oral surgery i recommend Dr. Moss & 'nem. They'll take good care of you!

My first at experience at Dr. Moss's office was not good. My daughter was referred to Dr. Moss to have her wisdom teeth extracted. During her first visit without me she was told that the insurance wouldn't cover the extraction, come to find out she had given the incorrect insurance information.

My daughter and I went to Dr. Moss office to give the correct insurance information, the receptionist didn't want to hear anything we had to say, she insisted we go back to my daughters original dentist office to get a referral sheet filled out and so we did. The original dentist office simply printed out the referral sheet she had sent along with my daughter's x-rays sometime ago. The receptionist at Dr. Moss's office mention that they got the x-rays but not the referral.

I felt that the situation could have been handled in a more courteous and professional manner with several available options. I made a decision not to use Dr. Moss service solely based on the receptionist behavior and attitude. I would like to think her for giving me the opportunity to teach my daughter a valuable lesson - As consumers and descent human beings we don't have to be treated rude and impolite, we can take our business elsewhere.
