Recently my first visit to Dr Smith's office was amazing. Dr Smith and everyone in the office were disarmingly nice helpful and fun. They made me feel extremely calm and confident that I was at the right place for my procedure. The procedure I had done was to remove a tooth. I am 55 and have had mild Multiple Sclerosis all my life. The most debilitating part of it is having major vestibular (dizziness and balance) issues that has become debilitatingly chronic over the last twenty plus years. What I didn't know was that I had a deep gum infection on top of the tooth that I had pulled in my procedure.

Previously I had a root canal done to this tooth approximately 20 plus years ago, with no issues. Since the root canal I've had no problems with the tooth whatsoever until recently when I noticed some discomfort and loosening of the tooth. After x-rays, Dr Smith saw that I had a deep gum infection above one of the teeth in the upper left side rear row of my mouth and needed a bone graft. Keep in mind there were no outward symptoms of having this issue. Once Dr Smith perform the short operation, removing the tooth, the infection and implanting a bone graft, I was very relieved that it was quick and relatively pain free. The thing that stunned me after I stood up from the procedure, was the fact that something had changed. My head felt different in that it seemed like a weight was lifted, somehow, from my head.

I then find out that my chronic dizziness part of my vestibular issue was due to decades long infection that I had no idea I had. No one had detected this issue until I saw Dr Smith and now over 90% of my vestibular issues are gone. My life has changed because of this. The thing to get out of my story is that if you are suffering from chronic dizziness, of any kind, please have your upper gums checked for any deep infections. I can't believe that I suffered from this issue for so many years without knowing. Thank you Dr Smith, my life has changed because of this procedure!!!!!!

My experience during my recent visit at Dr. Smith’s office was outstanding. Actually I have been with Dr. Smith’s office since 2019. Over the years, I have had either periodontal treatment and/or teeth cleaning. The procedures have been excellent. Nowadays, my teeth and gums are healthy. In addition to the excellent procedural work, the office and billing staff are excellent. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The billing team ensures that your insurance information is accurate. If you have questions on charges and/or the cost of procedures, the billing team responds in a timely matter. In the many years I have been at Dr. Smith’s office, I have never thought to go anywhere else. Year after year, their service remains excellent. I have never been disappointed. If you are looking for high quality services, Dr. Smith and his team will provide excellent work.
