The tooth extraction process was good , but the front desk lady assured me that the insurance covers me everything. I asked her 3 times, and she responded that yes, it covers everything. After they took 360$ for it from my bank account. I call them and the same lady tells me: No it does not cover anything.

The dentist who extracted the tooth was great, besides that everything else is a scam. They will steal your money and not tell you upfront anything.

This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a dentists office and receiving a root canal! I made the appointment last minute through Zocdoc, forever grateful that they had an open slot and took my insurance. They called to confirm the appointment, I get there, fill out the necessary paperwork and not even 15min later, I get called into the exam room. I got the X-rays done straight from the chair and was able to see the X-rays in real time. Dr. Lovely comes in, tells me exactly what is wrong and what I need, and literally all within 30min, I got seen, problem identified and I was getting prepped for the root canal! They had some available time, took the opportunity and I WAS NOT COMPLAINING.

She did so great, that I was able to go back to work and finish my day! Like WHAT? After a root canal. . . that's unheard of! Will definitely be back!
