I loved this dentist and came here for a few years until my insurance switched. The new dentist found a very large pocket in my gum. Concerned, I called and asked Dual Image if they had any notes on this on previous visits because I was never told anything. Turns out they had noted a 6mm pocket my last cleaning, nothing was said or done. 6 is already periodontal disease.

It's gotten worse and I was referred to a specialist for further treatment by my new dentist. Thank god the insurance switched or I guess I was never going to be told anything. I wish we had caught this sooner.

Every time I visit this location, there always seems to be an issue. When I first started coming here, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive, and I waited a long time without being acknowledged. Thankfully, those individuals are no longer there. At that time, after expressing my concerns and mentioning that I was going to leave a review, the staff provided whitening strips as an apology and assured me that this was not reflective of their standards. On my second visit, things improved.

They accommodated my request to have x-rays and a cleaning done on the same day, though it initially seemed like there was confusion about my appointment. While I appreciated their effort to make it work, I found it strange that their protocol involves taking x-rays and scheduling a separate appointment for a cleaning. In my experience with other dental offices, both services are done in one visit, so this was a frustrating and unfamiliar process for me. Today, on my third visit, I was assured during scheduling that both x-rays and a cleaning would be done together, only to arrive and discover that once again, I would only receive x-rays. If these are the office’s protocols, it would be helpful if they communicated this clearly during the scheduling process so patients know what to expect.

I value efficiency and transparency, and unfortunately, this office has not provided that for me. I hope the staff considers addressing these concerns and making their procedures clearer to patients.

Just had my first dentist visit in a couple years and the ladies here were wonderful. Leema was incredibly informative and proactive - she answered most of my questions before I even asked. The experience was relaxing, everybody was kind and friendly, and I'm looking forward to coming back.
