I've now been going here for a while, and every single experience is a positive one. They are kind, efficient, friendly, and even remember who I am and what I do for a living. Went today. They told me (didn’t ask) I needed an x-ray. So I followed direction’s, only to find out you get billed for X-rays. This seems like such a scam, if it’s an additional charge especially being over $100 the patient should have the right to decide if they want to follow through with an X-ray or not. I then got sat to get my teeth cleaned and the lady was SUPER rough.

It was super uncomfortable and painful. I bled excessively. Even when she was using the suction tool she slid it across my gums. This didn’t only dry my gums, but it felt like a scraping sensation and was painful. She then tried to pick off remnants of my broken retainer which led to an even more uncomfortable feeling than before she had messed with it.

After she was done, the dentist came in the room for maybe 3 minutes max. He checked my teeth and told me to brush one specific tooth extra to prevent decay, and then he left. The visit was uncomfortable, I felt almost taken advantage of with the X-ray and mistreated with how rough they were with little to no concern. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist
