Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here. I had to make 3 separate appointments for initial consult, cleaning, and fillings and they were only open 1 day a week. The cleaning was actually painful when they were assessing my gums which I have never experienced at a dentist before. I did like the dentist himself though!

All around great experience going here. I had to go for a cleaning and some additional work. The team there could not have been friendlier from greeting you with a good mood and smile when you walk in to explaining every step of what they would be doing so you feel comfortable. Miranda was so nice in making sure whatever work they did I was not in pain leaving and throughout the whole process made sure they could do whatever possible to make it an easier visit.

I moved here not too long ago and was cautious of any dentist office in Charlotte but this is a no brainer give the quality of work they do and not having it cost a fortune. Will be continuing to come back here when needed.

Miranda was amazing. The entire team explained things to me in a way I understood and ensured I knew what the next steps were. Anytime I call, they are available to answer the phone which I really appreciate as I've had a hard time making appointments at other places in the past.

They've also called me themselves to inform me of cancellations so I can come in at an earlier time in the day. Very sweet and caring team.

As an anxious 20 something, going to the dentist after not having visited one for several years was quite daunting. The staff and their service at DD made me feel so relaxed and comfortable during my exam, something I cannot overstate! Dr. Mann is very “less is more” when it comes to treatment plans - for example, I went in because i was worried about a spot that looked like a cavity. She informed me that it was the beginnings a cavity, but certainly nothing that needed to be filled.

The hygienist was deft in performing x-rays, and very knowledgeable in answering a couple questions I had. The receptionists are two of the most courteous people I have ever met and were transparent and comprehensive in explaining rates and options. I will be returning for a cleaning next month and a filling for a different tooth later this year, and I cannot recommend this practice enough! Thank you to everyone who helped me!!
