Avoid this office. For years they have been claiming they do pre-authorizations with insurance. They do not even when I have requested them. They only estimate it in house and you will always get a different bill for more or double months later.

You cannot pay online. This is my only bill where you have to send a check in. The doctors themselves are good, but their billing department is an absolute mess.

Horrible experience on 5/5/25. Bad attitudes, brutal drilling. Bad headache from Novocain or whatever they shot in me. I caught COVID from weakened immune system and dizziness. I still have a horrible headache. Tested negative from COVID 5/10/25 but headache remains. I’m very fit and active. This experience crashed me completely. I hope to recover. Trust your instincts.

East Village dental care needs to upgrade their staff!!!! I have been patient of this office before and they were not very kind. I just went online to make a new appointment. DAINA responded via message when I pressed the option to schedule a new appointment.

Just to tell me that she wouldn’t take my appointment and that they would reach out to me later… She was absolutely useless and rude over the text messages of the website. (Which I took pictures of). And her rudeness is enough for me to change my dentist office and never go back!!!!
