Stacey (Dental Hygienist) is great with her patients making sure that the patient is comfortable during treatment and makes sure the patient is well informed on how to continue a healthy dental journey. Dr. Molly and Dr. Klay also have been great with letting me know my treatment plan and options to ensure a healthy dental experience 😁

I had a really nice first experience from beginning to end. All of the staff was pleasant and kind. They were flexible with accommodating a cleaning same-day when that was not part of the original scheduled appointment. The hygienist made sure to apply topical anesthetic so that my cleaning would be as comfortable as possible since I have a few sensitive areas.

The experience did not feel rushed. All of my concerns were addressed thoroughly by all staff members. I was anxious to visit the dentist after a few years away from one, but after my experience today I already have my next appointment booked.

I've been going to this practice since I was a teen. However, things have changed. The front desk is still wonderful, but the commute for me is no longer worth it. The things that bothered me the most about my last visit: my cleaning definitely wasn't as good as my previous hygienist that retired. The hygienist also kept talking about how I needed to floss. I do floss.

As a new hygienist at the practice, maybe ask the client about their flossing habits before assuming. I used to have poor flossing habits as a teen and younger woman but have since changed my ways. Also, she answered and made a call during my appointment! Lastly, the dentist made me feel extremely embarrassed when he talked about how big my tonsils were. Unprofessional. There was a better way to let me know to keep an eye on them than how he did it.

I had an exceptional experience!! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to explain every procedure, making sure I was comfortable and informed. The office is clean and well-organized, and the latest technology made my visit efficient and painless.
