Momonamission

They referred me out to have a root canal and Dr. Lopez was supposed to do the restoration. I have the root canal and call his office to set up the appointment for restoration. I was told someone would call me back to set it up. I wait a week, no call. I call back and am informed that they won't do the restoration because they no longer take my insurance and are booked up till September. I have to have this done within 30 days or I can lose my tooth.

Mind you this is a tooth they filled twice because the filling they did crumbled both times. They should have notified me that they no longer accepted my insurance before I went to get the root canal. Now I'm in a bind trying to find someone to finish a job he started. I feel they don't care about patient care. My whole experience with them has been horrible.

Everybody was wonderful Dr. Lopez, jakari, and Irene were very helpful and made me very comfortable like I was at home while getting a cleaning. Dr. Lopez has a wonderful team. Very knowledgeable and kind people.

I'm a new patient here, and today was my second time seeing Dr. Horace. He is hands down the BEST Dentist I have ever been to!!! I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a not only good, but GREAT dentist! His care, attention to detail, skills, and overall kindness are second to NONE!!! This man is amazing, and I know I will be back to see him for any and all future work.
