I had never been seen by Dr. Griffith or anyone in this practice. It was an emergency situation due to a toothache all Mother’s Day weekend. I called on Monday got an appointment on Tuesday. The staff and Dr.

Griffith was excellent. They were kind understanding, sympathetic, and knowledgeable. From the moment I was greeted and checked in until the time that I was able to check out everyone that I encountered were caring and professional ! I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but have scheduled an appointment for cleaning and maintenance and have every intention of staying with Dr. Griffith, until the day I die! What a wonderful team to work with! So glad I found them!

Although it feels like it has been so difficult to get timely appointments scheduled with doctors/dentists since COVID, I was grateful to get my first dentist appointment scheduled with them within 2 weeks then 2 additional appointments scheduled within a week of each other! Honestly, I never had a bad experience with an Konikoff office and this was no exception. Every person in the office is polite and respectful of my time! I did not have long waits before being seen. The Dentist/Hygienists/assistants were knowledgeable and explained everything in detail before, during and as they were moving around in my mouth. This is why so how some way… I always end up back at a Konikoff office….
