I have seen Dr Steffe and he is an excellent dentist. He makes you feel relaxed and he listens and answers my questions. I have been to a few other dental offices over the years Dr Steffe is the best. I love Dr Steffe he is a genuinely good person .

Dr Steffe performed work on myself and my children. Each of us had a problem with the work performed. My daughter had a root canal that the nerve was not completely removed. In addition the crown was not size properly and proceeded to grind down good teeth. Consequently this work will cost thousands to correct out of pocket. To add insult to injury, i was pressured to buy a dental plan through their office that they said would reduce my cost.
Never say any savings. Their billing process is absurd. A simple filling for myself, had to be corrected by another dentist. Their front office are there to upsell you. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone.

Do not consider the reviews you see about Dr. Steffe on any platform to be accurate. Dr. Steffe is not precise in terms of his procedures to clients and his billing to insurance. Please review all of the claims he puts in to your insurance carefully. He submitted a claim to my insurance which was denied and did not align with the procedure after consulting multiple sources.
I had a major issue with Dr. Steffe over filling a tooth by such a large amount it caused damage to my teeth and cost me hundreds of dollars to correct via another dentist. At the time of the procedure I made it very clear to the hygienist in the office my tooth felt over filled and she did not even bother to bring Dr. Steffe back into the room to take a look. I also had to go back for a re cleaning of my teeth due to the hygienist doing a very poor job. In fact, it actually was one of the worst cleanings I have every experienced from any dentist office.
To add, I referenced my entire family here and all of them are pulling their business as well do to poor work done by Dr. Steffe and billing issues. These are certainly issues that state should be aware of and the service and interaction with the personnel in his office during this time was nothing short of the absolute worst customer experience you can provide to a patient.
