Stay away. Sat in office for over an hour. 3 other people came after me and were taken back. Receptionist said she usually tells people to arrive early to do paperwork but she forgot to tell me. Dentist then tells me they only have 1 x ray machine. Be smart and find someone else.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Edison Dental, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before visiting this practice. First, the doctor refused to provide a general cleaning, insisting that I needed to undergo scaling instead. While I was open to doing the scaling eventually, I simply wanted to start with a general cleaning first—something any ethical practice should accommodate. Frustrated, I decided to go to another dental office, where they happily cleaned my teeth first and later performed the scaling when I was ready.

This experience made it clear to me that the doctor at Edison Dental was solely motivated by money. Scaling is significantly more expensive than a routine cleaning, and this lady doctor seemed more interested in pushing expensive treatments than respecting patient choice. I even contacted my insurance company, and they confirmed that while doctors can recommend treatments, it is ultimately the patient’s right to decide how to proceed. This office, however, seems to ignore patient rights in favor of profits.

In another instance, they sent me an invoice for a so-called “concierge service”—something I never signed up for. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to send me a delinquent letter demanding payment for this unauthorized charge. How dare they! This office is full of greedy, unscrupulous people, and their deceptive billing practices are simply unacceptable. If you value honesty, transparency, and patient-centered care, stay far away from Edison Dental!
