We first scheduled an appt for my son about a month ago waited an hour and left because no one moved. Then scheduled an appt for me and my son and they told me “your appt got canceled because you didn’t confirm” as I showed them on my phone I confirmed both my and my sons appts and then told me we would have to be moved to the back of the line and that the people in the waiting room where here since 1:30pm my appt time was 3:30.

The girl at the front was ignorant and didn’t bother to help the situation at all

I can’t even rate it, worst dentist. The wait times are horrible, the system on how they operate is terrible. But luckily I’m getting new insurance and I’m going to my wife’s dentist which is operating in full organization and proper care and knowledgeable dentist. Mind you this the first review I did but after today’s visit yeah this was the cherry on top. Once the young lady shared with me how their system operated that drew me to finally make the move out of this office. I pray you guys make a good judgement before attending here as there is better and best then this.

Good luck to all. Hope this place works out for you as unfortunately it didn’t for me. More I can say but I’ll leave it at this. Dental solutions in Abington is where it’s at.

I have made three appointments with this office to have my tooth pulled the first appointment. They did a check up charge my co-pay $24 gave me a prescription didn’t pull my two said I have to pay another $24 co-pay. The second appointment was Monday memorial day I sat there for three hours before I left Today is Wednesday, May 28 I my appointment was at 11 o’clock.

I got there at 10:30 at 11:15. One of the doctors and patient start arguing and fighting in the back so I left and that was at 11:15 so I still have not had my two cold and I just need to know , how long is a normal wait to see the dentist because I’ve already waited 2 1/2 hours and still haven’t seen the doctor…
