This was my daughter's 4th visit and so far I'm cool with the dentist and the assistant. They've been explaining the procedures of what's going on etc. Until yesterday they did a extraction without consulting me. Which a root canal was discussed in her first visit but from the Dentist mouth they did not preform root canals and they gave me a list.

Therefore, I researched places that performed root canals. I'm under the impression they did not perform but they unexpectedly removed her tooth. I will be following up because I'm very very upset.

I've gone here several times and the dentist on staff is very good however they are limited on what they do. If you need an extraction, they don't put you to sleep, just numb you up and pull hard. They do not do root canals. The front desk however can be extremely rude hence lower rating. Id recommend going to UC or somewhere else.
