Dr Michel and all the staff were absolutely fantastic. The root canal was as good as a root canal can be(!), and they were very attentive to make sure I was always comfortable. And though my insurance said they weren’t paying anything, and I paid out of pocket, they submitted a claim anyway, got payment from insurance, and promptly issued me a refund check.

I feel like they could have left me to deal with my insurance, but they just took care of it. Which saved me so much strife and was such a kindness in an increasingly detached and careless world. Who knew a dentist could make your day!

Fantastic dental care! Dr. Michel is highly competent, explains the procedure, and was all around great. Professional, friendly office staff. If you have to a root canal (and I hope you don’t), this is the best experience you could possibly have. I had an acute infection and got an emergency appointment the next day. Just completed my follow up and feeling soooo much better.

Going for my first root canal with Endodontic Associates was a breeze. The only discomfort was the local anesthetic and I barely felt that. It was localized to the tooth being handled not my whole upper left side mouth. After that, I felt absolutely no discomfort. Dr. Michele talked me through every step he was taking and frequently checking on my comfort.

Also checked in next morning. I also didn’t need a later Ibuprofin once the anesthetic wore off. I highly recommend this practice if you need a root canal. Dr. Michele and his staff have excellent patient management skills.
