Very pleasant experience! My husband is a retired dentist, so I had really never seen another dentist during my adult life. Dr. Orrico made me feel at ease and explained everything as he went along. Did not feel rushed at all. His staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating.

I could not have had a better experience at Essex Smiles! I am always skeptical about new dentists, but when I made the appointment to see Dr, Orrico due to severe pain in one of my teeth he could not have been more accommodating and helpful. He immediately escorted me in and took images, walked me through what was occurring, explaining everything in detail and then asking me if I had any additional questions. This is abnormal for most dentists, but it was so nice to be able to ask away and he was so patient.

When it became clear I needed some surgical work done to quell the pain, he immediately called his surgical partners and got me in within an hour to see them, and I am getting it taken care of. Needless to say my experience was phenomenal and I will be seeing Dr. Orrico again, as will my family!
