Horrible experience with this dental office staff. The office staff was rude and not understanding when needing to reschedule. I had a filling fall out that they had done, which they were supposed to replace free of cost. I woke up not feeling well the morning of my appointment and left a voicemail. They claimed to never have received it, even though I offered to send them my call logs. I will note I always called ahead of time when needing to reschedule.

They told me I had rescheduled too many appointments and would not take me as a patient any longer. They would not even refill the filling they had done. I have never felt so dismissed and disrespected by someone in this field. If you are looking for kindness and understanding, this is not the place for you. I never write reviews but felt obligated in this case.

I highly recommend Dr Lightsey and the entire team! Dr Lightsey is incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly. He patiently answers any questions or concerns, making each visit a comfortable experience. The Dental Hygienist, Deb is also wonderful - she makes me feel at ease and does an outstanding job with my cleanings.

The care and detail at this office are truly excellent. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines professionalism with a warm, welcoming approach, this is the place to go!

Friendly staff and nice environment, but the office is extremely money-driven. I was quoted over $11k for treatment, only to have $3k randomly dropped when I declined which makes you question the original price. Treatment recommendations always seemed to be the most expensive options. Communication was also chaotic expect multiple calls and texts, often with no one on the same page.

When I asked to review the treatment plan, I was only given financial info, not actual care details. Just be cautious and ask lots of questions.

I hate to give a bad review, but I expected more from this office. My dental hygienist was amazing. The dentist seemed nice. The poor review is over management/scheduling issues.

Given the long wait times in between services, getting bumped from your appointment time, and scheduling receptionists who like to argue with you about your treatment plan (when you know what was to be scheduled), it seems they may have a case load that's too big for them to handle and give excellent service overall. It's very unfortunate.
