I went too this office for years, trusted them! Gave me a root canal that I found out that I didn't really need and on top of that kept playing games with me on why I was having issues with the same area as many times as I did, I went too them for help about the issue in the first place. Never thought it would be made worse for me, isn't that was the whole point of having a dentist or a doctor. They made me feel horrible like I was making things up. . .

. nope I sure wasn't! Had too get treated for a STAPH INFECTION, never said a word to them a about it. Waiting on a call from them about an endodontist results that they referred me too that I never received, which was a few months shy of my 1 year anniversary of the root canal that they performed on my tooth. Today I sure did receive a phone call from this office telling me that this will be the last week my insurance is acceptable with them and pretty much hung up after trying too talk with on understanding why they were. .

. . yea, just like I was a nobody, talk about a discrimination case. VERY RUDE!

I would give 5 stars to the receptionist only. She was great with contacting my insurance. I went there in August for pain in my teeth and I was new to the area having moved from Columbus and needing to find a good dentist. I found out I had 3 cavities. He filled one cavity, and set me up for another appointment to fill another. I am a student in Athens so I was hoping to have my cavities filled quickly so I could get back to work and school and put this behind me. This dentist filled one at a time, and it was taking 2 months to fill, so I scheduled closer to my home in Logan.

I had to wait for another month for this new appointment but I felt it would be worth the wait. I saw my new dentist in December because I was a new patient. They could not find any of the work that Dr. Medved DDS performed on my 2 cavities! They took pictures and told me they would have to call Dr. Medved to ask what he had done exactly. They could not even figure it out with the X-rays Dr. Medved’s receptionist had faxed to them for my appointment.

I had to schedule to go back to my Logan dentist and was told Dr. Medved did not do the work on my teeth correctly. In fact, he put sealant over part of my cavity. Thankfully, my Logan dentist knew what to do, and I have no complaints. I never write a bad review, but I felt I should warn others about Dr, Medved. Thank you.

Dr Medved is one of the nicest and honest dentist I have ever went too. Very Knowledgeable answers all questions!! I feel so comfortable going to him. I have had a very bad experiences elsewhere never here. The entire staff weather out front , dental hygienist or whoever that works here are very friendly and knowledgeable.

They all care about you and your wellness!!! Very gentle and dentist Dr. Medved is five star all the way. Thank you all for your kindness!!
