STAY AWAY from this place if you want your Teeth. This was my 1st and LAST TIME I WOULD EVER COME FOR A VISIT!! If I could give a ZERO I WOULD, Dr.
G the “dentist” told me she did NOT NEED TO NUMB MY TOOTH and proceeds to Drill which gave me pain and a headache immediately from the drilling and NO numbing, Next No facial goggles/glasses to prevent water from splashing all over my face which it did!! I then proceed to ask her she says” Oh you want goggles”? Because the water was splashing all over my face and the suction in my mouth was not placed properly and I Also advised her my TEETH ARE SENSITIVE TO COLD WATER WHICH SHE IGNORED!! Then she CUT my gum line and I told her and jump because of the pain and she tells me : “SO, NO BLOOD YOU WILL BE OKAY!! Its been over 4weeks and my tooth is still in some pain!!! SHE ALSO HAS SOME OF MY TEETH UNEVEN NOW!!! It was just overall a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!I

UPDATE: After her 3 failed attempt at this cap our new dentist showed us that it is cracked (he just got this done in January). . . has too big of a gap between crown and his other teeth. . . and its crooked. All this "professional" has to say is wishing you and your adult son well. Was that suppose to mean anything? Not subtle and I'm direct make sure you are as well. As an adult myself I say stay away from this place. Again mama's protect your babies even the YOUNG ADULT ones. Originally, I gave this place a 5 star review, but after the latest visit, that dropped drastically. I had no other choice but to use this office because my insurance didn't cover much. For a cleaning and a quick check up, it's OK. HOWEVER, I should have read the other reviews on root canals. The horror stories they told are true. I read it only after Dr. Olga already shaved down the tooth for a cap.
I raised my concer to her and the staff about the reviews I read, and I tried to ensure to always be in the room with my 18-year-old so we didn't have the same issues. Well, the 1st time everything went ok. . . . cap was put on but fell off the next day. Went back to this office, which was an hour's drive, and she was able to place it back in his mouth. That only lasted a few months. Less than 6 months actually before the cap fell off again. She had to order a new one, and when it was time to put it on, it was too small. We live an hour away and had been waiting for a while for the replacement so I wasn't happy about it. She suggested drilling the tooth behind the cap to add filling so the cap can fit. I adamantly said no, and this was the reason I wanted to be in the room because past reviews say she takes liberty and drills on perfectly healthy teeth to account for her mistakes. She then cut my sons gum to remove some because she blamed high gums for the reason it didn't attach properly the 1st time. He left sow with no temporary cap because it was sensitive and bleeding. Honestly, I believe she filed the nub too small, which is why the "permanent" cap fell off. We had to wait for them to not only put mental in the new cap to "hold better" but also for them to build it up to proper size to fit properly. Today, she put in the new cap, and I'm sitting outside her room so she knows I'm watching, but she took the liberty anyways and filed a top tooth above the cap to make the cap fit.
She didn't ask nor mention it but instead thought because I was watching her that it would be ok. My son told me in the car, and I went back in to confront her about it. She said states that it's normal practice and that it's done to fit a cap. It is NOT!!! THIS WAS THE EXACT REASON I WAS WATCHING HER. She's ruined other ppls teeth with her liberties and "standard" practice. Also, if it's standard, then why when she suggested drilling before and I said "no" did she not do it or suggested it was "standard"?!? She saw an opportunity and took it. . . She even asked my 18 yr old all the time if it was necessary for me to be in the room. She knew exactly what she was doing and knew he would no protest. Moms, watch your babies and don't leave them alone with any dentist, especially this one. When my son said the top tooth feels jagged, she suggested, "Maybe it will be better by tomorrow. " She needs to retire or retrained, but she's not qualified for these procedures. I'm glad my insurance has changed, and we will be able to get better care elsewhere. I, however, will ask the new dentist about the tooth she compromised and Dr. Olga better hope I don't have to sue her.
