After my experience with Family Dentistry Of Ellisville, all I can say is I would definitely seek a second opinion if you’re questioning any oral healthcare problems. Let me explain my wife was a faithful patient of Family Dentistry Of Ellisville for several years over the last few years we had started to notice a change in her oral health questioning the Dentist. We were reassured. There was nothing wrong with her mouth, watching her gums, slowly recede further and further continuing to be assured every six months when she was there for her routine check up and cleaning that there was no issues with her teeth.

They had told her that her teeth had worn substantially, probably from grinding her teeth and offered to make her an oral guard for sleeping that was there explanation. Clearly there was something they were missing or just didn’t care about, so I made her an appointment with my dentist. she was diagnosed with moderate to severe periodontal disease, which was something that wouldn’t have just turned up all of a sudden it was a major miss my family Dentist Ellisville she was given two options to start into treatment or consider having full dentures. The process to save her teeth would be very painful and extremely expensive after spending tens of thousands of dollars on treatment and oral surgery my wife now has a beautiful smile absolutely no thanks to Family Dentist Ellisville.

I am only writing this review as a warning to other people so they may know that maybe their best interest is not being considered with this Dentist needless to say my wife now goes to my dentist and I would never ever recommend Family Dentistry Of Ellisville to anyone under any circumstances. Trust and feeling that someone is putting your health and well-being first is imperative in the medical profession and I can’t say that about Family Dentistry Of Ellisville which is the entire reason that I am writing

Staff is very professional, warm and efficient. Lovely facility and they have state of the art equipment followed up with best practices. They were great about coordinating my dental procedures between my insurance carrier and me (helpful to know in advance what my out of pocket expenses will be and schedule follow-up appointments accordingly).

Clean, friendly staff, Dr. St. John is top notch. She is friendly, on time and throughout. It is tricky to get in so make sure to pre-book your cleanings!

The front desk was very friendly from the moment I entered the office. Hiba was wonderful. She was prompt and friendly from the moment she introduced herself. She found common topics of interest to make me feel comfortable. Her cleaning was quick, thorough and did not make me uncomfortable.

Dr St John was friendly as always. I appreciate her approach to dentistry. She is not looking for ways to make money, she is truly concerned in the well being of her patients. Overall, a great experience.
