This place is truly one of a kind. The staff are so thorough, kind and caring. The hygienists always take the time to explain things to you, and to train you on how to take care of your oral health better. They are also absolutely incredible with kids.

My son had his first visit today and Karen made him feel completely at ease, explaining all the tools and everything she was doing to him, even letting him touch the tools to get comfortable with them. Afterwards he told me, "that was fun"! I think that's not what anyone expects a 3 year old to say after a dentist trip but that's just the level of care you get here.

Dr. Eppich did a root canal on one of my top premolars and she flattened it too much at the bottom which top premolars are not supposed to look like that, they're supposed to have a slight dip/rounded point. My other premolars on the other side of the front which haven't been touched at the bottom they look much different than the tooth she worked on. It just so happens my bite is off on that side which there could be many reasons for that but how do I know how she did my tooth at the bottom hasn't contributed.

Dentists can't be altering teeth too much especially the natural shape of the tooth how it's supposed to be. The other issue with this premolar is that the middle part is down too far so the inner side of the front of the tooth there's too much of it and this tooth also has no side that faces the other tooth. Premolars have sides. The only way I found this out is because I had the big molar beside this tooth taken out and then I questioned why this premolar had no side.

When she did the root canal if she had to take too much tooth away she should have put filling in, there should have been filling butting up against the other molar. To have no side to this tooth is just making it more unstable. I can literally put my finger on the side of this tooth and feel the gap all I feel is the side corners there's nothing on the side it's ridiculous! The other negative thing with this office is that when I used to need to get seen they wouldn't get me in fast because I never got cleanings done there.
