The last time visit to Dr.Jack Fatiha office was ridiculous. I booked an appointment before I went and I had to wait for 2 hours to examine by the doctor because he was doing surgery on another patient upstairs. The staffs and nurses are nice but if Dr.Jack cannot manage one job, quits the other one. -.- I will change doctor soon.

I have been with Dr Maya for over 20 years and she is great. I also see Dr Jack Fatiha for the past 4 yrs and must say he is great too. Nice personality and seems to geniunely care. However I agree with another review that with no addtional patients ahead of you you still wait to here to see the doctor for more than an hour and you can hear them just chichatting back and forth and trust me the conversations are not medical in nature. The new doc is ok, but he could use a better bedside manner as he is very abrupt when speaking to patients and doesnt explain lab results well.

Its basically your number is high and we need to get it down. No explanation on what makes it high, what is the best way to lower it, etc etc. He could be a bit rude, but when I called him out on it he apologized but it just leaves a bad taste.

Dr. Maya Mouazeb and Huda are highly skilled and just incredibly compassionate. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease. The office is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, making the entire process smooth and efficient. If you’ve had bad experiences with other dentists, this place is great.
