I’ve been a patient at Family Fixari Dental since I had teeth — I’m now 30 years old. Over the past year, I’ve been receiving orthodontic treatment with aligners. While I used to have a great experience here, the service over the past three months has been absolutely horrific. This is now the second time I’ve come in for an aligner appointment and been told after arriving that my trays weren’t ready. I do not live close to this office, and each time I’ve had to take time out of my schedule and make a long drive — only to be told, without any prior notice, “Your trays aren’t ready. You’ll have to come back.

” The first time, after already waiting four weeks for the appointment, I was told I needed new scans because there was a new doctor. That didn’t make sense since my teeth had already been scanned — the third party producing the trays should’ve had everything they needed. Still, I did what was asked and came back in for new scans. At that visit, I was told the trays would be ready in four weeks. Again, I waited, drove all the way back — and was told they still weren’t ready. And once again, no one called or reached out beforehand to let me know.

There was zero communication and zero accountability. The level of service I’ve experienced recently is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal patient here for nearly three decades, and to be treated like this — especially during ongoing orthodontic care — is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Fixari Dental needs to take a serious look at how they’re handling patient communication, especially for those of us who go out of our way to continue care here.

5 stars all across the board. I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. They take everything into consideration and make you feel at home. A blanket, heated and massage chair, refreshments, the works! I didn't feel so bad leaving knowing I have to return in a couple of weeks for some additional services. Definitely will be recommending!

Dr.Arman and his team are amazing! So gentle, personable, and nice! I have a huge fear of dentist, and they made me feel so comfortable every step of the way, with an extraction and 4 fillings. He does amazing work and the office is so clean, and beautiful!! Choose Fixari for all your dental needs! I will forever see Dr.Arman moving forward. Thank you Dr.Arman and team! ❤️❤️❤️

We come in little very late for appointment and I am apologize for late that not excuse for you to keep waiting for us to come in. But front desk lady begin politely with us. She very nice sweet. Couldn’t hide fake smile. Love her. Paige really very good at hygiene and progress quickly. Give some instructions and explanations. She did very good jobs. I know I should have keep clean out of my cavities.

😁 And, she did to my son’s teeth’s. I glad that my son listened to her give him some lessons about brushing teeth. I am so happy Paige gives him some preaching to listen to her. And… Dr. Fisher, I think I like him as our dentist. He does great jobs to finding what goes wrong with our teeth and gum health. I praised the Fixari Dental Family is good service and provides a free nice gifts. That’s why I always wanted go to Fixari Dental Family for long time. I glad that we come!
