New to the area. So turned off by NW dentists I kept flying to LA to see my old one. I just got back from an actual LA dental trip, and a few days later had some tooth pain in a different area. I made an appointment and airline reservations to see my dentist in Cali. A day later pain got really bad, hence I gave in, thru a dart, and came across Fletcher Dental. I was really going to just get a diagnosis. After meeting with Dr. Fletcher, he really put me at ease and upped my confidence.
He did not try to upsell me or have a 25 point plan that most will try to sell you. He simply stated what was wrong, how he could fix it, and away we went. I was truly impressed. He actually was able to do it without using novocaine (try that anywhere else). Very reasonable prices, super quick treatment, super super quick in and out of the waiting room . If you need a dentist, go see them. Very no non-sense, straight to the point, high quality work!

I had some root canal / crown work done here a few months ago. Dr. Cory Fletcher and his assistan did a fine job and I had minimal pain, and no issues so far. Thank you! Unfortunately, my billing did not go well. It seemed unprofessional to me. I paid my share as indicated by my insurance. But my wife, who also sees, Dr.
Fletcher, received a bill for $200. In the bill, we did not see any details on what the charges were for. We kept waiting for it to come through our insurance but it never did. Then we received a reminder with late fee from Fletcher Dental. So I called them to find out what's it about. They told me that: a) the bill was meant for my procedure and they were not sure why it was sent in my wife's name, b) they chose not to bill my insurance for this part of the cost since they "knew the insurance wouldn't cover it". This felt odd to me.
Till now, my experience was always that my insurance receives the complete bill from my medical provider, pays what they consider is their share and then tells me what I need to pay as my share. What Fletcher Dental did broke this pattern. They kept my insurance unaware of this charge. I asked them about the late fee of $9 (on top of the $200 charge). They confirmed it but did not offer to waive it or reduce it. I paid it but am unlikely to use their services in future.

I've only had great experiences here at Fletcher Dental Care. Dr. Fletcher explains things clearly, he's gentle, and the work turns out fantastic. A special shout out to Sandra as well. She cleans my teeth without hurting me and does a phenomenal job. Thanks to the whole team, your awesome.

I’ve been coming here for 20 plus years. Dr Fletcher is gentle and kind and a wonderful dentist. I brush and floss like crazy but my genetic makeup caused a lot of cavities anyway. He has worked with me on many solutions! It’s a lovely family practice! I highly recommend !
