If I could give less than one star, I would, if you could go into negative stars, they would have a -5. I have never been to a dentist office that felt more hurried and more rushed through than this one I had fill ins done a few months ago and my teeth still hurt. and now because I did not call by 11 o’clock to confirm my appointment because I was at work and did not realize that I could leave a message after working my 12 hour shift I have to show up to my appointment although they gave my appointment away or they’ll charge me $50. I urge you to choose else where but also know how hard it is to find places that accept Medicaid and I know they see The lack of dentist offices that will accept Medicaid and know the challenges that we face and they take full advantage of it because where else can you go that will take Medicaid? I already drove over an hour to come here.

I should have listened to others when it came to this office but I was so desperate for comfort that I wound up with more pain. Edited to add that after all of the fuss from this office that when I got there today i was checked in and then taken to a room where the office manager and the dentist and a dental assistant began attacking me screaming about their policy and that I take my review down and when I said no they made me leave and wouldn’t even see me. It took me an hour and a half to get there. This office is an absolute nightmare from the front desk staff to the horrible professionalism of the dentist.

I only hope I can save a few people from this nightmare.

I just left Fox dentistry and I can’t help but feel that they have extremely predatory pricing. I will say they were able to get me in for an appointment within 24 hours of me calling which is the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. I went in for a single tooth extraction WITH insurance that covers 50% of extractions and they said it was going to be $280. That means without insurance it would have been $560.

That is absolutely outrageous. For reference I’ve had a tooth extracted at my old dentist prior to moving here for $95 WITHOUT insurance. Couple that with the fact that my appointment was at 3pm and I wasn’t seen until 3:50pm because they took another patient who showed up after me back prior to seeing me I simply cannot recommend this office.

I've been a patient of Fox Dentistry for over 15 years. They care about their patients. They take time to answer questions. They are flexible when schedules change. And they will take the time to file insurance claims too.

Many dental offices these days won't do that. I used to live within walking distance. Now I'm about 4 hours away. But I'll still keeping coming here because of the quality of care.

I started seeing Fox Dentistry several years ago, but as the oldest of my 4 children have aged out of pediatric dentistry I have happily moved them to Fox. I love the friendly atmosphere and attention to details that I get here at Fox Dentistry.

They are always welcoming and so willing to work with me to accommodate me - whether it pertains to billing or scheduling needs. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for this family owned business!
