Absolutely the worst place you can visit. The front desk is incompetent and just down right lazy. No one ever knows anything and everyone's appointment is constantly incorrect. I watched 4 people come in and every single one had an issue with their appointment.

The doctor is always behind. I don't care that you have good music and Netflix I want to be able to make my appointment and it actually be my appointment and for me to get work done and for it not to fall out. Save your time and go else where.

This place is literally the worst dental place to come too. My first appointment I spent $60 to get there just to only sit there for 5 minutes have the doctor take one look at me and send me home with a pill. The people who work front desk are very rude, nasty, very inconsistent , unorganized. I had a second appointment I get all the way to my appointment again spending $60 to get there just for front desk to say they have my appointment to someone else because I did not answer my phone to confirm the appointment. First off people have a life and just can’t get to the phone when needed. I called back no response.

The lady at front desk got nasty with me saying she left and voicemail and a text message me and the lady went through my phone together to see I never gotten a phone call voicemail or a text message. She then proceeded to say she’ll have an appointment for me the following week. It’s been 3 months. I’ve been trying to contact this dental group no response. Left voicemails. No response.

Called everyday every hour no response. I once had an automated voice tell me how I couldn’t reach the number. It’s very sad how unprofessional this entire establishment is to be a dental group. From the front desk on back. Y’all need to do a better training with staff and tell them how to speak to patients because this is ridiculous and out of hand.

First let me say the Dentist is exceptional, the front desk associated are however very rude and seems to not have the knowledge needed to properly run the front desk. The wait is ridicules. I waited over an hour when having an appointment, several people ahead of me still.

Not one time did the receptionist let me know they were behind or give me reassurance that It would not be long. When I walked out, I was then told that they were very short-staffed and apologized, she was very nice, but I had already gotten back to my car and needed to pick up my child hence is why I make an earlier appointment.

About a month ago, I took my son to a dentist in Greensboro. They said he needed a root canal but couldn’t perform the procedure, so they referred us to Fulton Dental Group and gave us their phone number. I called to schedule an appointment, and the woman on the phone said they needed to do an evaluation first—she never mentioned that a referral was required. We showed up for the appointment yesterday after driving from Greensboro and missing a day of work, only to be told by the front desk—very rudely—that they couldn’t see my son without a referral.

The original dentist never told me that either. I understand that protocols exist, but there’s a way to communicate with patients respectfully. The way I was addressed felt discriminatory—like I was being treated differently just because I’m Hispanic. My son has been in pain, and instead of getting help, we were dismissed without any care.

If they had simply told me over the phone that a referral was required, we could’ve avoided all this. It was an unprofessional and frustrating experience.
