While I wasn’t the patient, I had to accompany one and what I witnessed was absolutely infuriating and terrifying. I have never seen a dental office treat someone with such a blatant lack of care or empathy. My friend went in because a filling had come out. Instead of actually addressing the issue, they slapped on a temporary filling that left her in agony. Then they had the audacity to call her back in, rip the filling out without a single explanation, and send her home again, still in excruciating pain. She spent hours after that writhing, crying, unable to eat, sleep, or work.

It wasn’t until multiple people-- me, the patient, and her family-- hounded the office that they even agreed to see her again. Only then did they finally offer something for the pain, but by that point, the damage was already done. This place doesn’t care about patients, they don’t care if you’re suffering, and they certainly don’t care if they caused it. I’ve never had to watch someone I love go through so much avoidable pain because of such careless, cold treatment. And let’s talk about the dentist: completely dismissive. Didn’t even attempt to numb her despite her clearly saying she was in pain.

Walked out of the room without a word like it was nothing. That’s not just unprofessional—that’s inhumane. If you value your health, your time, or the well-being of anyone you love—do not bring them here. They will leave worse than they came in and you'll be forced to watch your loved one in more pain than they have ever imagined.

I've been a client for many years and the staff and service has always been excellent. I've had multiple procedures within those years and the process has been seamless. Kudos to everyone there, especially to Karina who has kept my grill healthy & pearly white to allow for all those precious picture moments life throws at you! I highly recommend Garden State & assure you that if you walk in there with a good outlook, you'll walk out happy with services received.
