Rude and unfriendly front staff. My family has gone here since 2013. Constantly new hygienists and tech staff - makes me question how the doctors and front staff are treating the hygienists and other staff. Several different doctors have come and gone over the years too.

I’ve moved so I called asking for my records 3 times and finally on the 4th time I was able to get ahold of someone but was interrupted and treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Previously, we would call to schedule a cleaning and the front staff would be irritated if we were a month or two behind on cleanings, “you really were supposed to do this a month ago. ”

Huge shout out to Dr. Bateman and all of his staff. They are so kind, caring and are all about the best interest of you the patient. They go out of there way to accommodate you for your appointment needs, and any questions you may have for a procedure, cost, insurance, etc. If you are in need for a dentist I would highly recommend Dr. Bateman.

I personally want to give a huge thanks to Mandy that works the front desk. Mandy just recently helped me to get our son scheduled for an appointment. Mandy was so sweet, so thoughtful and worked her magic to get our son in to see Dr. Bateman. Mandy was so patient with me even after numerous calls. Jennifer was my hygienist, and she was a doll! Very gentle and considerate, but thorough. Dr. Bateman was also a doll! I just had a cleaning today, but he was so nice, and, again, very gentle. We just switched dentists, and I'm so glad we did!

Absolutely love everyone in the office. Everyone there treats you like you’re their own. They genuinely care and want to help. Highly recommend. Bateman is one of the best. Always ask if you’re doing okay or if you feel pain. He got me completely out of my comfort zone and I put full trust in him. Amazing work.
