*Updated March 2023* Gateway was my dentist for 4 years. You have really great dentists here who care about your teeth and go the extra mile to make sure their patients are very comfortable. However I am heartbroken - because midway through my crown operation, I was told to "find another dentist" because both Regence and Principal insurance was no longer accepted here. So yeah. .

after 4 years I'm forced to find another dentist. If you have an emergency/ pain and need professional attentiveness for your teeth - I do recommend Gateway. However BE CAREFUL about billing, because they will dance around the subject and surprise you with a "You owe us". Ask lots of questions about your bill to make sure you're good. *2019* These guys are my go to dentists 10/10 very nice and professional -- everyone who works here is lovely

I went there because I would had a tooth that was too sharp and it was making me bite my cheek and I have to say they are the best dentist I have ever seen in my whole life I felt nothing not even the injections. And they're working me in to get whatever dental work I need done before I go home. Anyone in the Seattle area I highly recommend them

Harassing me about a $2,000+ cleaning appointment????!!! CAVITIES? YES! CAVITIES! WHAT ABOUT THE REASON FOR MY VISIT?????? NO! NO CLEANING! STOP CALLING! Yout Dentist is just a salesman, and no doctor. Doctors care about their patients and listen to their concerns. **Emergency appointment. . . I was early like they said, and I waited for an hour in the chair alone. .

. horrible experience! The Doctor made me leave and did nothing for my pain and made me feel belittled. Next appointment is a month away! JOKE! My Doctor knew I came in with an emergency appointment. . . or maybe he is too busy to take care of his patients concerns. I said I couldn't eat food! Meh, just come back next month! This place is a joke! Looking for someone that will listen to my concerns, SO I CAN EAT AGAIN!

I very much appreciated the front desk team's patience and flexibility in working with me for my initial consultation. They were completely understanding about how I did not desire X-rays or a prophylactic cleaning for my initial consultation because I'd already had those procedures done recently.

I also appreciated being made aware of the parking options in the nearby neighborhood. As for the services provided by the healthcare team, I was more than satisfied: the dynamic duo of clinician and dental assistant was wondrous, and I was put at ease very quickly.

They were more than respectful of the fact that I was there primarily to obtain cost estimates for certain services that I was considering such as Reveal® clear aligners (one of only three providers of this brand in the city, as of the time of writing) and teeth whitening, and they abstained from the kind of upselling you see at a number of dental practices. These were some of the most affordable costs I've seen in my experience shopping around practices and comparing services - I'm inclined to make Gateway Dental my primary care dental practice!
