I would like to preface my review by saying that I have never written a review before today. I felt so compelled to leave this review because i have never experienced such exemplary service and care that would merit going out of my way to do so. Upon entering Dr Cannon's office, I was greeted at the reception desk by the staff as well as Dr Cannon. The office was very welcoming with soothing colors and the faint aroma of essential oils. Dr Cannon joined me in the waiting room to introduce herself and to discuss the reason for my visit and to listen to all of my concerns. I was then escorted into the exam room where I was introduced to Monica, Dr Cannon's dental assistant. Monica was caring and accommodating to all of my needs.

She placed a warm cushion behind my neck and applied lavender essential oils to to my temples which immediately calmed and relaxed me and made me feel like I was in good hands. Dr Cannon then gave me a full and thorough exam. After the exam, Dr Cannon discussed three different options of how to create the results that I wanted to achieve. After choosing an option, Dr Cannon put together a treatment plan in which to move forward. Every appointment thereafter, I was treated with such care and respect from Dr Cannon and Monica. Dr Cannon and Monica work in such harmony. Monica knows exactly what Dr Cannon needs without her saying a word.

Throughout my treatment, I was repeatedly asked if I was comfortable, needed a break or would like a blanket. Dr Cannon not only has respect for her patients but she has a tremendous amount of respect for her staff, which truly shows you the kind of person that she is. Dr Cannon always allows enough time with each patient so you never feel rushed or sitting in the waiting room for your appointment. Dr Cannon strives for perfection in her work. The results exceeded my expectations and I am ecstatic with the results. I love my new smile! Dr Cannon is a true artist.

I am not a fan of dentists. gentle dentistry has changed all that. Their patient, calming atmosphere made each and ever visit bearable. Coming from someone who is literally petrified of dentists, that speaks volumes. However, more importantly is the quality of their work. My teeth look amazing, outstanding, beautiful.

The work is top notch. Dr. Cannon and her staff are perfectionists. I very highly recommend you see her for all your dental needs.

First off let me say that before going to gentle dentistry, I had not been to ANY dentist in over 15 years due to a traumatic experience as a child. At my very first appointment, I was completely terrified and did not know what to expect. I was scared of the pain and also how the team would react being that I had not been to a dentist in so long. Turns out I had nothing to be afraid of at all. The team treated me with such compassion and kindness and were incredibly supportive throughout the entire appointment.

They made sure I was comfortable and reassured me that if something didn’t feel right, I could stop them at any time. I left that first appointment feeling empowered and no longer scared of the dentist. Since then, I’ve been back for many appointments for cleanings and some cavity fillings. They even gave me the confidence to have my stubborn wisdom teeth removed (my biggest fear) with the surgical practice down the street which they highly recommended. The entire staff of Gentle Dentistry is fantastic.

Shirley, one of the hygienists, is especially wonderful and is very detailed in her work. I love chatting with her. Unfortunately, I am moving to a different state and will no longer be able to go to this practice, but I am going to miss them tremendously and I credit them entirely for having helped me face my fears and finally begin taking care of my dental health again. My next dentist has HUGE shoes to fill! THANK YOU, GENTLE DENTISTRY!

Dr. Cannon fixed my crown as it had fallen out. The Office Staff was excellent in taking me in on short notice. They were very Professional. The Office was immaculate. The Assistants were very Professional and helpful and eased my mind. Dr. Cannon was superb and nice. She took the utmost care for my teeth.
