Extremely rude the first visit. I didn't even make it to the second one, "they will no longer be seeing me due to a bad review I left" is what they said the dentist had unusually bad breath. RED FLAG also i had a cap put back in, the cap fell out 3 months after seeing them. The original lasted 8 years.

His Excuse was he wasn't the original dentist that put the cap in. . already got my new dentist thank god!!!!

Mostly unprofessional staff. The recptionist (I don't know her name and honestly I don't really care) in this very cramped office was quite nasty. Upon walking in and trying to check in, she said she didn't know if they took the insurance despite another member of my family with the exact same insurance being in only a few weeks ago. After telling her this, she threw my card back onto the counter and proceeded to tell me she didn't throw it and we would know if she did.

As if this wasn't enough for 10am, she went to very loudly tell the dentist (whose name I also don't know because he never introduced himself) that I jumped all olver her about the insurance. Pete (hygienist) was very nice though.

I really try not to post negative reviews about local businesses. Kim, the Office Manager at this office is extremely rude. I scheduled an appointment as a new patient 6 weeks ago. Received a call on the morning of my appointment the the Dental Hygienist called out sick they would have to reschedule my appointment, understandable and I was accepting of that until she advised that they could not reschedule my appointment for a month.

She blamed my work schedule and said that she cannot accommodate me, flat out told me to find a different dentist. Made it clear that they are a fully booked office and that they book 6 months out, also stated I am lucky they even got me in. If this is how they treat a new patient whom has not been seen in the office, I would hate to see how they treat exiting patients.
