This is Mica Rivera. I was not allowed to reply to the lies that you posted under my review. I was never told or talked with about sedation when you said “my insurance didn’t cover it” I would have been willing to pay to stop any type of discomfort that you all put me through, but you said I said I was not willing to pay which was a total lie that was never even discussed!!You told me that extractions weren’t painful which is a lie. You said, cutting out wisdom, teeth isn’t painful and I would have instant relief which is a lie!!! I’m still in pain and it’s been almost 3 days now! Now everyone has gone to this place wish I would have talked to them first before I went.

I’ll know next time . I was warned that you all mistreat kids too. You don’t wanna deal with kids. Condescending arrogant POS

Mica Rivera

Absolutely no sedation was done during my wisdom tooth removal. They numbed the area but I felt EVERYTHING and they don’t give you any post op pain meds either! They said “instant relief” as soon as they pull the tooth. I’m so traumatized from feeling like my jaw was breaking and cracking and applying pressure with the pliers.

Please find a place that treats people like human beings and not like addicts. This place is far from gentle!

After two years, I had to have every tooth worked on by another dentist, as the work done here needed to be redone. While the staff was always kind and supportive, the dentist himself was a major disappointment. He was rude when I tried to discuss the issues with the work he had done, and seemed uninterested in listening to my concerns. It's unfortunate because the rest of the team was wonderful, but my experience with the dentist left much to be desired. I was also concerned with him shaking the whole time doing my work.

. . the guy needs to retire.
