Terrible experience with Gentle Family Dentistry in Stephens City. They canceled my appointment without giving me any notice, yet still charged my insurance as if I had been seen. Then they had the nerve to try to bill me directly on top of that. When I called to clear it up, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.

They purposely left me on hold for an extended time, clearly hoping I would hang up. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I strongly recommend avoiding this office.

I can’t say enough positive things about Gentle Family. The first visit was to correct a bite issue from another dentist, who I did not want to go back to due to a poor experience. They were so understanding and did an adjustment we hoped would work. It ended up not and I had to get the cavity removed and redone. My appt was at noon and I was done at 12:15.

I have never had a filling go so quickly. I didn’t even realize they were done. They are kind, calming, and I just felt confident in their skill very quickly. I am so thankful I found them and can’t recommend them enough.
