⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Experience – Highly Recommend! From the moment my family and I walked through the doors of Gramercy Pediatric dentistry – Brooklyn location, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The waiting room is incredibly child-friendly and comforting—our daughter was instantly drawn to the bookshelf stocked with a wonderful selection of kiddy books and toys, which helped ease any initial nerves. We were called in within 10 minutes of our arrival, and that’s when we met Helen, who was nothing short of amazing. She greeted us with such enthusiasm and warmth. Helen took the time to listen carefully to the concerns my husband and I had as first-time parents & our toddlers' first time at the dentist.

She then gently and thoroughly cleaned our toddler’s teeth, all while talking us through the process step-by-step. We were nervous about how she would respond to her very first dental visit, but Helen made all of us especially Olivia feel completely at ease. Next, we met Dr. Vanessa, who was just as phenomenal. Her calming presence, bright smile, and patient, thoughtful approach were everything.

She was fantastic with our daughter, and we truly appreciated the time she took to explain everything clearly and reassure us that we’re doing a great job with our little one's oral hygiene. This was such a positive and memorable first dental experience for our daughter and family. We are so grateful for the care, attention, and professionalism we received from the entire team. Olivia will definitely be back to see Dr. Vanessa in six months! Thank you, thank you, thank you for the incredible service today—we are beyond pleased with the outcome of the visit!

Maybe im a Pediatric dentistry Novice, but this place was impressive. I was contacted ahead to ensure ease of intake when I arrived. The staff was courteous and warm. My son had his best Dentist visit yet. His maturity may factor in if I'm being fair. Tech forward with tablets in the waiting area and screen above the dentist chair with available on demand programming for kids. Fun toys in the waiting area as well.

The kids get a choice in flavor for the cleaning paste. The works!!! Everyone was exuding positive energy. I do think I may have to make this his permanent dentist. And it's not close to home so that says a lot. Do bare in mind that the location is downtown Brooklyn to plan for parking.

We love Gramercy pediatric, they are so patient and nice with kids! Always considerate about how they feel, making sure they are happy and comfortable. All the doctor we’ve seen for our 2 kids have been super friendly and attentive. They even share a picture of our kid for their 1sr dentist appointment, so sweet! Thank you for all you do!

Absolutely the Best Kid-Friendly Dentist! This is hands down the best kid-friendly dentist I’ve ever been to. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They truly go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They took a sweet picture of my daughter and even created a custom frame for it—such a special touch! She also received a goodie bag filled with fun, kid-friendly toys and a toothbrush, which she absolutely loved.

What really impressed me was the time they took to educate us on proper brushing techniques and what to look for when cleaning her teeth daily. They made both of us feel comfortable and informed. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I honestly think they deserve more than just five stars!
