Shouldn’t say ‘accepting new patients’ if you don’t have time to speak with them. It was very difficult to communicate to even get an initial appointment set up. The rep on the phone talked over me through the entire conversation. She would ask me a question and in the middle of my answer she started talking again, every time.

Dental care can be so expensive so I need to feel like I understand what’s happening. I expressed that she was talking over me and she continued to do so even after apologizing. It felt like they were in a rush and I would hate for my in person experience to be like that so I will be finding another dentist.

Staff is great, but the Dentist is horrible. I’ve been rescheduled 5 times and my daughter has been rescheduled just as many times. I’m not sure what’s going on, but it’s gotten beyond ridiculous. My daughter’s temporary cap fell off while she was at school today, because of the absurd amount of time it’s taken to get her in there. not to mention I’ve been waiting 3 months to get filling filled and a cleaning. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

UPDATE 4/26/25- So we reached out to customer care and nothing. These people don’t care about your experience. They haven’t offered any kind of compensation for time lost at work or any of the other inconveniences. It’s pretty bad when the dentist in question tells the staff he was fired for insubordination from his previous job, and yet there’s no accountability for Great Expressions hiring this guy. I lost 7 days of work over this mess and I still haven’t gotten my original cleaning appointment done. I have to go to an office 45 minutes from my house just to get the work finished.

So, you can add that I the list of inconveniences too. My sister is a lawyer thankfully, and she’s looking into filing complaints with whatever Dental boards apply. I’m not letting this go. Especially since I’ve paid full price for all of their so called services. Not one discount, or offer of any compensation for my time and frustration.

Worst dentist ever! We took my daughter 12 there for about a year or tried to, & the only good dentist there left after only a few months. The other 2 dentist they use are awful and don’t help with anything then the admins there have no clue what they do for their jobs and can’t ever actual call you back. They seriously canceled every appointment after I started asking for normal information dentist give and did that to us 5 appointments in a row! DO NOT GO HERE! Trash! The place is kind of gross to, mold on base boards, sink looks old and dirty, pain chips all over.

Just really run down.

I am one of the lucky patients that found great expressions dental center, I had been going elsewhere in Columbus for several years. Then one day I woke up with a fever and mouth hurting, I had an infection, then after the infection was gone, I had to have a tooth removed, so was upset, but went ahead and had this done. I needed to do several weeks of radiation and after that will begin infusions to help keep cancer at bay. . . . So after the tooth was removed I was able to start my journey. . . . for the last 6 months I have come in every 3 months where Nancy takes care of my oral issues, I was blessed to find this dental office and very blessed to meet Nancy, she helps me care for my teeth and is guiding me to a healthy mouth, teeth and gums. .

. . . . Been around a year ago, I am very pleased, the group are very professional and informed not only in there area but understanding how radiation effect my mouth and gums. . . Thank you so much, I am just trying to keep my natural teeth. . . . and with this office I feel like it's now possible.

. . . I am improving but don't know what the future holds but the one thing I know this is the best dental team I have worked with in a long time. . . Thank you all! Tuesday, 5-6-2025. . . . . 7:35 pm
