Poor customer service. I needed a referral. The location that was supposed to receive the referral said that did not receive it twice. After the second time calling about the missing referral, the employee at this office told me to take it myself (in a rude tone).

I started this process about four to five months ago and nothing has happened. I now will have to restart and go elsewhere to get something done.

I've been a patient at this practice for at least a few years now and I've seen some of their old staff transition out and new staff come in. Dr. Pinnix-Bailey, a true sweetheart, has cut back on her hours which I understand. So, there's another dentist onboard to take up some of the load! Though I was kind of nervous about the new dentist and those who KNOW the gentle hands and kindness of Dr.

Pinnix-Bailey KNOW hers are some BIG shoes to fill! But, at my recent appointment, I met Dr. Sonceau and she was simply DELIGHTFUL!😁 She was professional, courteous, and had a wonderful sense of humor! She totally put me at ease and won me over! Now, I realize she won't always do this, but y'all, this dentist actually cleaned my teeth!?😳 I've NEVER had a dentist clean my teeth!! I think I'll have to stick around a bit longer! Dr. Pinnix-Bailey, if I have to be left in another dentist's hands, I'm glad you chose Dr. Sonceau! You Did Good!!🩵

My kids are 17 and 14 and have been to a few dentist. LaRosa Pinnix-Bailey is the best we have ever had! She has been our dentist for years now and would never go anywhere else. They are SO nice here! They have always been available for emergencies or just a check up.

Never had to wait but maybe a couple of days for a last minute appointment. My kids love her and don't ever want to go anywhere else. Did I mention how nice and sweet the receptionists are in the front! I definitely recommend 10/10 LaRosa Pinnix-Bailey!!

My dentist appointment went great and my dentist was awesome. It didn't even seem like I was there getting my teeth cleaned and polished while I was there with her. In and out pretty quickly too along with giving me good advice on what toothpaste and mouthwash to use as well!
