I had a cavity filled for the first time in years. I let him know I was difficult to numb, and he made the process so easy and quick. While numbing me took a little time, it worked! The filling itself only took him 4 minutes.

Amazingly fast, professional, and most importantly- he and his staff made me feel comfortably at ease. I’m so glad I switched and will continue getting my dental needs taken care of here. :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Greeson’s for over 20 years and have written several five star reviews. In May, I had an implant literally fall of my gum while I was shopping. Although I had two broken spikes in my mouth, it took a month for me to get in. When I arrived they thought I was there for a consult on a different tooth although I had clearly explained what happened. Dr.

Greeson told me he had never seen this happen and wasn’t sure what caused it or what to do about it. He didn’t remove the spikes but rather filed them down which I agreed with thinking that was the best solution if that’s what he recommended. Now I have permanent rough spikes in my mouth that often cause irritation when I eat. I planned to discuss it with him at my last cleaning, but he blew in and out of the room in about 30 seconds. Another dentist has told me the only way the implant would have broken is if it was initially set too high above the gum and that the spikes should have been removed. Apparently, there is a special tool to do this.

Now I just got a bill for my last visit because when I came in with the broken implant I used up my second visit. I’ll happily pay the bill and will not return. Dr. Greeson is a really nice guy but this has all been a totally unacceptable experience.
