Dr. Ferrell is the best! She explained all the tools to my kids , and even sang them a song to help them feel more comfortable! Will definitely be coming back !!

2/10 do not recommend at all! I took my son here on May 5th, I was told that he would be better being put to sleep to get his 4 molars filled and as long as I got his paperwork in before the 20th of that month he would be set to be seen on the 20th. I took my son to the doctors to be cleared on the 16th and they faxed it right over. I called to confirm that they received it and that he would have an appointment and they didn’t answer for a few days. I finally received a call but it was from the Mt.

Laurel office and once I told them about my appointment they had no clue what I was referring too. I had to accept an appointment on June 6th and now my son has an infection. I tried to call today to speed up the process and the cherry hill office told me they can’t even accept him because of my insurance and I have to go to vorhees but my son did go to Cherry hill already for his first ever appointment. The communication was horrible.

I gave it 2 stars because the doctor and their assistant were great! And I love that they have a Pac-Man machine for the kids in the waiting room plus they have a gum ball machine but it’s filled with toys and not gum and they give the kids two coins as they leave to get something. The office also was clean. If they could work on the communication then things would be better.

I took my son (4) to Dr. Patel for two fillings. We had a great experience! The facility was state-of-the-art, very clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dental staff did an excellent job and were very patient and kind to my son.

Dr. Patel is very professional and has a great bed-side-manner for kids. You can tell that he really cares about what he does. I highly recommend Growing Smiles of Cherry Hill! Thank you for a positive experience.
