As soon as I walked in to Raio Dental in Plainview, all I can say was WOW. My jaw dropped when I saw how clean and well put this dental office was. This really isn't your ordinary dental office. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and such warm hospitality by Lyla as if we were family. When people say that the first person that you see at any place really sets the tone of the entire visit, they weren't kidding, and I am grateful that it was Lyla who was the first person I saw.

There was virtually no wait time and when I walked in, I was even more amazed at how nice and clean the entire office was. When I walked in to the X-Ray room, I was greeted by the Dental Assistant Lisa who helped me persevere my bad gag reflex the way no other x-ray technician could. Then, I went to the next room to get my cleaning done by Evelina and she was nothing short of amazing. She is a perfectionist, you can definitely tell, and she made sure that each teeth got the deep cleaning that it deserved, and would go back to individual teeth if there is something that is slightly imperfect. She gave me amazing tips that I have not heard from any other dentists I've been to, and I've been to a lot.

Dr. Hyun was very kind post cleaning to talk to me and give me tips/tricks for everyday cleaning. If I can give this place a 10 out of 5, I would. My teeth have never felt and look this clean/great in god knows how long. I highly highly recommend them!

I went here for a deep cleaning and x-rays and wanted to thank Raio Dental for restoring my dental health! The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. Lyla was super helpful with scheduling the appointment at a time that worked for me. The hygienist was patient and thorough. I can now say that after the deep cleaning, my gums are healthy again! Thank you!

I highly recommend the Plainview location if you are looking for a new dental office. The office manager, Lyla sets such a professional, courteous, caring vibe from the second you walk in until you leave. Lyla’s positivity and communicative skills are unmatched whether you’re there in person or on the phone. This vibe is felt throughout the office when encountering the dental assistants, hygienist Evelina or Dr.

Hyun. The staff at Plainview location have created a calm, smoothly run environment that is needed by me for regular visits but especially when I’m having major dental work done. Thank you!
