Let me explain the Pros & Cons: 1- As you walk in the check in area, you will find 3 or 4 women sitting behind a desk to assist you. They will clearly see you but won’t help because SUPPOSEDLY they have a designated office to attend too. The interesting part is that if they are bored they will help anyone standing staring at them. 2- the waiting area after going to the dentist in the back is just mind blowing. You have no place to really sit or wait for your young child if there are other parents. Also for some other reason the lights right by the dentist section aren’t on.

3- The assistants and dentist are nice and try to be helpful which is the only really saving grave of this location. It’s just everything else that makes this place a circus. 4- Making appointments and getting information from them is beyond mind blowing. They call you and tell you about your future visit and what you must do before getting there. Then someone else calls and contradicts the previous call and you ask them to confirm because thats not what was stated. They put you on hold for a few and confirm the CORRECT information.

When you arrive to your appointment the first information that you were told but told was incorrect after they verified is stated to be correct. They process to be confused and look at you as your the WRONG person here. Seeing that majority of Spanish speaking people/patient go here, i get the feeling that they are ok with being rude and sometimes just unconcerned with your statements or questions. I hope This review will probably help the few that read it.

worst experience I had today they call me to confirm an appointment for my child more than 5 times also calling to come in earlier I get there on time rushed to be there so I wouldn’t get charged 25 dollar fee and it was an hour I had to wait for my child to be seen front desk very unprofessional she needs to learn how to communicate same excuse as always she did not even bother to say sorry the doctor will be with you shortly I kept asking how long and she ignored me

If I can give this place a -0 review, I would. They do not maintain your appointments. The receptionist desk does not know what they are doing, they are always a complete mess. And this is very sad because their dentist’s are amazing…. but I will not be coming back because of the rude staff at the front desk. My appointment for my child got canceled twice. When I finally showed up for my child’s appointment they told me it wasn’t scheduled…. also not the first time they have done this to me.

I thought they would get better but they have not. Plus I had explain to the receptionist that I do not live close by and it was confirmed that I had this appointment scheduled. She gave me a look like she was completely lost and said to me I can’t help you…. if you can’t help me why are you working? It’s ridiculous. For anyone that decides to come here don’t even waste your time. Find another dentist.
