How many people can say they have a great experience at the dentist? Well I can. The Henritz crew on Brambleton was very personable, attentive, smiling and happy! I’m satisfied with the quality of dental care here. Dr. Copeland and her hygienists are incredibly gentle, professional and clearly skilled at what they do. They take the time to explain procedures and genuinely care about patient comfort. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the administrative side of the practice.

Scheduling is chaotic, & communication erratic at best. And often, felt like the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing, which led to a lot of unnecessary confusion and frustration. For example, on my very first visit, I was in and out of the chair two times within 20 minutes and had never seen a dentist. I was then advised to visit another office for an appointment later in the day. On my way home that office called and asked me to come in immediately.

And that’s only the tip of the iceberg. If they could get the administrative side under control, this would be a great practice. But as it stands, the disconnect between excellent clinical care and poor management is hard to ignore.

My experience at Henritze dental group Brambleton today was amazing! I was quite nervous- I’ve been previously seeing the same dentist for 20 years- and had to find a new dentist when I moved. This was literally the best exam and cleaning I have had- ever. State of the art equipment and the hygienist, Ashley, and Dr Anama were fantastic. Would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

Everyone in this office is phenomenal! All staff members are pleasant, friendly and supportive. I have several dentist offices in my area, but I choose to drive 45 mins to this office because my son and I love the atmosphere here. They always take such great care of my oral heath and I always leave with my teeth feeling amazing!
