Hi 5 Orthodontist is the best place to get braces in the Spokane area in my opinion because the staff and doctors are so friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions. As well as help the patient feel relaxed. My daughter has level 2 autism and at first braces were difficult for her.

However, a certain staff member went above and beyond to help my daughter feel comfortable and ready to have work done in her mouth. All around excellent experience 👌 🙌 👍 👏 😎 ✨️

I was assisted by Josie today at the Hi-5North office. She was wonderful! She asked fact finding questions and allowed me to participate in the decision making process. She was capable and careful and interacted with me on a humorous and serious level. I enjoyed my appointment very much and left knowing the direction we were heading and the approximate time frame. She’s a winner!!! 🏅

I'm a client and my daughter is too. The staff is super friendly and work hard to make the you feel comfortable. They are knowledgeable and the follow up is great. This is a great place to take your family for any orthodontic work. They also do events that support the community. I love that!!

The people that work here are kind & empathetic and diligent when it comes to trying to create a great experience for you as a patient. I had some issues with billing and getting calls returned when they were short staffed , however Jenna went above and beyond and called me on her day off to work out some issue with me regarding my account that had me concerned.

for this reason I will continue my care with them and I am thankful they take the time to fix things that may not be working out. Appreciate your time and compassion for your patients!
