Dr Gaw has always been very pleasant, and seems extremely competent. I have been very satisfied since she took over the practice. But on a recent trip to Hawaii, I developed a tooth infection. With a six hour time difference, I figured it would be hard to make a connection with her office.

When I did find a time slot that worked for me to call, I had 2 hours to make a connecting flight to another island. I was hopeful to get a prescription for an antibiotic, but not optimistic that I would be able to explain to a staff member what I needed, have that communicated to the doctor, and then get a prescription filled before my flight. To my pleasant surprise, Dr Gaw answered the phone, located a pharmacy within 5 minutes of my hotel room, and had a prescription ready for me within ten minutes. She really saved our vacation! Love Highland Dental. Dr. Gaw is wonderful and so is her team. I recently had dental work done and my tooth was very sensitive. Dr. Gaw took her time to minimize the pain and fix my tooth. Extremely patient and caring.

Dr. Gaw and her staff are super kind and welcoming. I was very nervous switching to a new dental office but since day 1 it has been easy. Shirley does an amazing job cleaning my teeth and provides very helpful information.
