I haven't been to the dentist in 10+ years and we'll as you could imagine i had some dental issues. So with that being said I expected some kind of "lecture" or something along the lines of a doctor being frustrated with me.

Not at all, the Doctor, the nurses and the receptionist are all AWESOME! I'm really surprised more people aren't talking about this place but they have a great environment, they did awesome work and Dr Hoffman did a tooth extraction on me that I don't know how someone could have possibly done, but she did and im definitely sticking with this place

Just had a first appointment at Hoffman family dentistry-such a nice comfortable place and everyone was top notch professional! From Michelle at the front desk to Frankie who did my x-rays to Dr Hoffman herself, a totally enjoyable dental experience. My family had all been going to a small dental practice for many years and when our dentist suddenly retired we really were at a loss of where to go.

Hoffman Family Dentistry was recommended by a family friend and we are so very grateful!

Dr Hoffman herself is great. Very attentive and thorough. But the front office is kind of catastrophe. Very pushy and lack of information. I have a very good dental insurance Carrier and just had work done a week ago (in the same month) that was covered under the insurance. Went back a week later in the middle of the month and was told after the cleaning appointment that they dropped my insurance and it is now out of network. Would have been good to know before hand. Was told the insurance carrier was a pain. Funny that a relative of mine is a dentist and said my insurance is very good. And on another occasion I was in the hospital with a major injury and received three phone calls and a text in a two hour period over a tooth crown appointment.

Finally,I answer and said I will call you when I leave the doctor. Stop calling please. I am not the first person I know to leave this office because of the front desk *Update after the dentist reply I have been in the office 3 times in the last two months, including less than a week ago, and not once did the receptionist Michelle, or anyone else in the office mention that you were no longer carrying my insurance. All she ever said was we need to get the crown ordered as soon as the root canal is done. The moving around of the schedule was due to the endodontics office canceling my appointment for covid reasons. I have never once received or communicated through email with this office regarding anything. I also never received a letter of any kind. I get mail delivery confirmation to my email everyday with pictures of every piece of mail. The only communication I have ever received was via a text message service and nothing was sent to that regarding this. I wish you the best as well Dr.

Hoffman. I enjoyed you as my dentist. But you should look into your office staff. I know a couple people who have said similar things and left the office. One individual said the office staff refused to fill out any paperwork and made them do it all. They went to a different office and the staff gladly filled out everything. Now I’m told my insurance is “too much of a pain “ for the office staff. My insurance is a top dental carrier.

I had a broken tooth repaired today and the experience was very positive. Today's procedure was surprisingly pain free and very professionally accomplished. I have the utmost respect and admiration for Dr. Hoffman. When she took over the practice from Dr.

Dowd (my long term Dentist who also was excellent), I was somewhat apprehensive. I am no longer apprehensive! Dr. Hoffman's staff exhibit the same degree of professionalism and care. I highly recommend them.
