fast service. as an emergency walk in doc didn't want to extract my teeth after giving me two options either referral to sedation or taking out the teeth asap. i asked for a referral and got one, great BUT when i call the referred clinic they're all booked till October. i was in a lot of pain so i didn't want to wait so long. i decided to go back in the clinic . the same day literally minutes after my initial appt, and asked for an appointment for any available date to extract my teeth since it was already an option for me made by Dr.

Abraham. I explained what happened to front desk and when she came back from asking the doctor if its okay to come back tomorrow he said no go to an oral surgeon. why the hell would u give me the option the first time now i just think you didn't want to do it because it was too much work for you. really stupid but its okay because Aspen Dental made sure i was taken care of.

Dr. Abraham is the best, he it an amazing Dentist! He actually listens to you! He does not push for unnecessary procedures and does what is best for you and your family! He also does not make snarky remarks about your teeth and there condition! His staff is also one of a kind.

He treats my children and I with the upmost professionalism and time. Sometimes it’s hard to get through to the office on the phone but it’s will worth the effort!

So 6 months ago I showed up for a cleaning just to find out my appointment is canceled due to the practice being short staffed. Next available appointment was 6 months from that day. So I took that appointment which was supposed to happen today. Well they called today….

. you guessed it ! to cancel again due to being short staffed. Needless to say I’m not going back and I’m not recommending this place.

I DO NOT recommend anyone at all go to this dentist. My first issue with them is that I had a standard cleaning done. Not only did I wait over an hour to be called in when I already had an appointment, but after the cleaning was done I had bruising all around my teeth. I was not able to drink anything cold or remotely cold for a week and tooth sensitivity is something I have NEVER had.

The hygienist stabbed my gums multiple times while doing the cleaning. The water that they use was also all over my shirt dripping down my back and got my hair wet as well. After this cleaning I thought I would give this place another go as I had cavities that needed to be filled. I recently switched insurances and not once did the front desk people tell me that I would have to pay anything for the cavities being filled.

Not when I booked the appointment, and not before they started the work. They waited until everything was said and done and told me I had to pay almost $150! I do not recommend this place at all. Bad business all around.
