I visited this place back on June 17th for a gum contouring consultation after a poor experience at Madan Periodontics in Suffolk. I just want to compliment my experience with Dr. Landy and his staff. 1st of all, the receptionist with the greenest eyes you will ever see was super sincere and thorough. I told her about my poor experience with Madan Periodntics in Suffolk. She immediately worked me in with Dr. Landy. Dr. Landy's facility is clean.

You are greeted upon entering. Juanita ( Dr. Landy's assistant), she was awesome! She made me feel even more comfortable. Somehow, we started talking about work, a family member's wedding at Botanical Gardens. I thought I was talking to an old friend I knew for a long time. We were just chatting it up! I have never met her before! Dr. Landy came in and explained the process. He reviewed my x-rays and notes from Madan Periodontics. He was professional and caring.

The receptionist provided the estimate and tried to get a lower price with my health insurance as well. The only reason I did not go with Dr. Landy is because the cost of the procedure was a tad higher here versus Konikoff Periodontics. I truly believe it's the cost of doing business in Dr. Landy's area. Nothing against them. Even though I did not go with them, I just wanted to say the hospitality here is unmatched, and the customer service was top tier. I would definitely recommend them if you reside in Virginia Beach.

Outstanding experience, from start to finish, at Landy Periodontics in Virginia Beach. I was referred by my dentist in Norfolk. From the moment I called and spoke to Brandi, at the front desk, I knew I was in the right place. She was very professional , well informed and kind. She also had info. about Dental Insurance that made my procedures affordable. The next person I want to thank is Juanita, the super Periodontal Tech. She is very skilled and reassuring during the procedures. She is also a great educator. I thought that I had been flossing properly.

Wrong! I am now . Finally, Dr. Landy is a great doctor. I went in concerned about my gums and expecting a gum graft. Wrong: I needed bone grafting onto the bone around the roots of my molars , supporting my teeth. This he skillfully did, with minimal pain. I have had and continue to experience exceptional care with Dr. Landy and his team, Juanita and Brandi. They always make me feel welcome and truly listen to my concerns. Juanita is happy, fun, and approaches everything with a 'we can do it' attitude, making it easy to talk to her about anything without any judgment. Brandi, whom I've recently gotten to know, is so bubbly and positive, making the implant process much less stressful. Dr. Landy and his carefully selected team genuinely care about their patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Landy for many years, and he collaborates seamlessly with my regular dentist and other specialists involved in my treatment plan. They essentially create a project plan tailored to my needs, which I greatly appreciate.

Having been with my regular dentist, Dr. Zeno, for over 40 years, I completely trust his care and recommendations. When I first visited Dr. Landy, I experienced significant anxiety and even had a panic attack. Dr. Landy, being straightforward and factual, handled my anxiety with understanding and care. He never mocked me or dismissed my feelings; instead, he ensured that my implant process was smooth both internally and externally. My visit to this Dentist was Amazing, Dr Landy and Juaneta was Awesome I was so nervous when I arrive and they were so reassuring that I was going be fine, and that I was. Let me tell you the care, concern, and gentleness was so comforting. Brandy was the first person I met doing my consultant, after my consultation her and I talk for a while just as though we had been knowing each other for years. Brandy was very personable.

I also met Poshe who too was very kind. We I left this office after my surgery they All felt like Family. I will definitely refer Landy Periodontics to all my family and friends. Thank you so much for your kindness!!🥰
