I have seen multiple orthodontists in the past. They all recommended surgery to fix my teeth. I saw the ad for Impress and was impressed by their use of 3D scanning technology and encouraged by their promise of shorter treatment times. Starting with the initial consultation and throughout my treatment I had excellent experience with Dr Cindy Fan and her team at Impress.

Dr Fan created a miraculous result for me in a year and showed again and again that she puts the patient and their best interest first. I'd like to thank Dr Fan and her team and recommend them highly for anyone who needs orthodontic treatment.

For anyone who is looking for orthodontist, I'd definitely recommend impress. I did invisalign and now my teeth looks so good. Every time I see Dr. Fan, she is really cheerful, kind, and so friendly! I don't feel like I'm seeing a doctor (obviously in a good way) so I don't really get nervous which I usually do when I have to see dentist. Samantha was also super nice!! everyone there is so friendly, supportive, and kind. I really like the vibe there. It's so different from other places. The technology is also very impressive.

Easy and quick. I have a huge trust and appreciation to Dr. Fan. She is the best. Also it's very easy to contact the team through the app. Whenever I have question or want to schedule appointment, they respond very quickly. And thank you for the gifts !! I really wish all the best :)

This place used to be really good back when they were Uniform. I lost my retainer and reached out to this new company and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. It has been 2 months now with dozens of calls and emails to no resolution. Your calls are not routed to the clinic and the front end call center (that is not based here) will not route you to them either despite requests.

I don't understand how this business is able to operate like this in this day and age and I would advise spending your hard earned money elsewhere. It's not worth it.

I can not go on enough about the wonderful experience I've had with Uniform Teeth and the entire Bellevue team! Boutique experience 100%! From the first moment of walking in the doors to my final graduation appointment they took excellent care of me. I had severely crooked and crowded teeth and after only about 16 months of treatment the results are stunningly improved! I confidently smile now! The ease of weekly check-ins on the app is wonderful as well.
