I was kind of shocked by the poor customer service. I have a permanent bottom retainer, the glue fell off of one tooth, so I called to see if I could get it fixed. I was hung up on instantly the first time, figuring it was an accident I called back. I asked if I could get it fixed and the receptionist, I believe named Allison, said sure, that they could schedule me for Monday.

She asked if I was a patient, and when told no, she put me on hold, and then hung up on me. When I called back saying I believe we got disconnected, she said yes and that the problem is they have a 250$ consultation that is required before any work is done, that they don’t work with any insurance so it is all out of pocket, and that they won’t work on my retainer because they didn’t put it in and “don’t work on something other people are also working on”, even though it’s a permanent retainer that hasn’t been touched for over a decade and I just need one tooth re-glued. The whole time she sounded as though she was talking down to me. I spoke to multiple offices today and all of them were extremely helpful, just couldn’t get me in quickly, besides this one.

I can’t speak to the doctor’s work, but I would never consider going myself or sending my child there simply based on very poor customer service from this receptionist.

The Dr. Evans and her staff are very kind, gentle and patient especially kids with special needs. It is about the kids having a great experience and working with them at there level and pace. My son’s smile and profile look amazing. If you are looking for an orthodontist office for your child especially children with special needs or need extra TLC i highly recommend this office.

Both my mother and I have been patients of Dr. Evans, and she is a wonderful doctor. She always makes sure we are in a comfortable setting and also always greets us with such happiness. Her care is gentle and we always have the feeling of being well taken care of- and of course recommend her. Not only is she wonderful, but her staff is amazing also!
